Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNWV uses account identifiers and authentication information to provide sign-in, verify subscription entitlements and handle account requests. An email address is not required during account creation.

Order records include the selected plan, order identifier, amount, payment status and entitlement changes. They are used to deliver the service, verify payments and process refunds. Usage records track cumulative traffic and reset status; they do not require storing browsing activity.

When a user submits a support ticket, VPNWV processes the issue description and attachments provided. Please share only information needed to investigate the issue, and conceal passwords, authentication credentials, subscription links and unrelated personal data.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNWV follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, destination URLs or DNS query records. It does not create connection histories that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity.

Temporary session state needed to operate a network connection is used only to handle the current connection and is not retained as a persistent connection log. Cumulative traffic, account entitlements and order records are billing data; they do not include browsing destinations and are not used to build browsing profiles.

The anonymous no-logs policy describes this service's data practices; it does not mean destination websites cannot identify users. When users sign in to external services, those services may still process information according to their accounts, browsers and own policies.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help VPNWV understand page visits, entry-point clicks and navigation paths so it can improve information and usability. They cover interactions with the website, not external websites visited through subscription routes. Passwords, authentication credentials and subscription links should not be included in analytics events.

Cookies and local storage help maintain sign-in status, remember language choices and save interface preferences. Sign-in credentials may be stored locally for subsequent user-panel requests. After using a shared device, sign out and clear the relevant storage.

Users can clear or restrict cookies and local storage in their browser settings. After clearing them, users may need to sign in again, and saved preferences may be reset. Clearing local storage does not delete account data held on the service's servers.

Third-Party Payments and Disclosures

VPNWV supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the respective third-party providers, whose own policies explain what payment information they receive and how long they retain it. VPNWV uses order identifiers, payment results and necessary transaction verification details to confirm entitlements.

VPNWV does not sell account data or use it to create profiles for external advertising. When support is needed to deliver the service, resolve a transaction dispute or meet applicable legal obligations, data is processed or disclosed only to the extent required for that purpose—not expanded to unrelated information.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while account services are provided. Order and support-ticket data is retained as needed to verify entitlements, process refunds, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. When the purpose has ended and there is no further need to retain the data, it is deleted or anonymized. This policy does not set a uniform retention period without a confirmed basis.

Users can submit access, correction or deletion requests through user panel support tickets. VPNWV verifies account ownership to prevent data from being shared with unrelated parties. Deleting an account may affect sign-in and subscription use. If records must be retained by law or for unresolved matters, VPNWV will explain the reason and scope of retention.

Policy Updates and Privacy Contact

VPNWV will update this page and its last-updated month when data uses, service processes or applicable requirements change. For significant changes to the scope of processing, VPNWV will provide notice on the website or user panel and explain what has changed. Matters requiring consent by law will be handled accordingly.
