These terms apply to the cross-border networking subscription service provided by VPNWV. Before using the service, review its scope, billing rules and refund policy. Service Content and Scope
VPNWV provides international routes and client apps for cross-border access and access to international websites. Coverage includes 110+ countries / 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Check the user panel for available routes and client app downloads.
The service provides network connectivity only. It does not provide accounts, content licenses or paid benefits for third-party websites. Eligibility, regional policies and content access are determined by each service operator. Connecting through an international route does not guarantee access eligibility.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login details and subscription credentials secure and do not post them publicly. If you discover a credential leak or unusual account activity, change your password and report it through a support ticket in the panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected simultaneously for the account holder's own use. This does not permit sharing an account with others or reselling a subscription. You may not rent out accounts, distribute subscription credentials or package the service as a connectivity service for resale.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing illegal content, infringing others' rights or obtaining data without authorization.
Do not disrupt route operations, misuse service resources or impair other users' normal connections. Users are responsible for their own access activity and any content they upload or transmit. VPNWV's anonymous, no-logs policy does not replace users' legal obligations or authorize unlawful use.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, the policies of the destination service and device settings. Maintenance, upstream network failures or events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. VPNWV does not guarantee access to every region, at all times, or to every third-party service.
If you encounter a problem, first check your local network and client settings, then try another route. If needed, describe the issue in a support ticket; do not include your password or complete subscription credentials. Liability for losses caused by third-party platform policies, user settings or factors reasonably beyond the service's control is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payment and Refund Terms
Payments are supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check the plan, amount and billing method. Payment and delivery status can be viewed in the user panel. If payment succeeds but delivery fails, submit the relevant order details for review by the support team.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment.
Submit refund requests through a user panel support ticket and include the relevant order. VPNWV will review the account, order and request date. You do not need to provide a reason. Once a refund is completed, the benefits tied to that payment end; the time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider. Disputes raised after the request period above will be handled under applicable law and the specific order details.
Account Termination and Changes to the Terms
If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or another material breach of these terms, VPNWV may suspend the relevant access or terminate the account. Any action should be proportionate to the issue. Where permitted by applicable law and circumstances allow, VPNWV will explain the reason and provide a ticket-based appeal channel. Unsettled orders, refunds and other statutory rights will continue to be handled under applicable rules.
When service rules change, VPNWV will update the terms and the update month on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or panel notification. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights under orders already in effect.
